Environmentally friendly purification equipment - catalytic combustion method for treating organic waste gas

Air pollution is now the most outstanding environmental problem, and the primary source of pollution is organic waste gas. Organic waste gas is very harmful to human health, especially benzene and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. They destroy human nerves, respiratory, blood and reproductive systems. Lightness can cause dizziness, fainting, and annoyance. Anemia, leukemia, cancer and other diseases, it is necessary to handle it in time.

Current methods for treating organic waste gas include adsorption, catalytic combustion, thermal combustion, chemical scrubbing, and biological methods. Since organic waste gas is mostly malodorous gas and has high volatility, we have adopted a regenerative catalytic combustion equipment after considering the effect and cost. Catalytic combustion equipment consists of catalytic burners, filters, flame arresters, control valves, fans, pipes and electrical control boxes. The structure is rigorous and powerful, and the purification power is between 96% and 99%. The heat exchange power of the catalytic combustion equipment is above 95%, and the working energy consumption is low. When the concentration of the organic waste gas is 1000mg/m3, the self-heating balance can be completed (no consumption)!

Environmental protection purification equipment - The control system of catalytic combustion equipment consists of PLC, touch screen, frequency converter and related electrical components. It controls the whole process of automation and intelligence, and sets up the manual control system together for inspection and conditioning.

The central component of the catalytic combustion equipment is a catalytic burner that uses a catalyst to oxidize toxic substances in the exhaust gas to non-toxic CO2 and H2O! Conventionally, if the organic waste gas needs to be completely oxidized to have a higher temperature and a longer residence time, taking benzene as an example, if there is no catalyst, the temperature should be above 760-800 ° C for the purpose of complete oxidation, and the residence time is It takes at least 1~2s.

On the contrary, with the participation of the catalyst, the temperature and residence time required for complete oxidation are significantly reduced, requiring only 280-320 ° C and 0.1-0.2 s. Some difficult-to-handle VOCs, such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, gas-melt adhesives, and resin-containing exhaust gases, are generally fully oxidized at 450-550 ° C or slightly higher temperatures.

There are currently three kinds of precious metal catalysts on the market: metal honeycomb, ceramic honeycomb, ceramic sphere. Compared with spherical catalysts and ceramic catalysts, metal honeycomb precious metal catalysts have the characteristics of high activity, high mechanical strength, good thermal stability, small pressure drop, easy cleaning, long service life, etc., and have been widely used in the field of exhaust gas treatment.

After the organic waste gas is catalytically burned, the 15m chimney is discharged at a high altitude, and the discharge port is detected, the exhaust gas emission is in compliance with the relevant regulations in the "Inorganic Air Pollution Control Control Specification".
