Analysis of factors affecting environmental desulfurization equipment

Because China's electricity production is mostly high-sulfur coal, the pollution caused by SO2 to the environment is particularly significant. The desulfurization process is complex and has now spanned more than 200 types. During the wet flue gas desulfurization process, it has been used in developed regions for 20 years. Compared with other processes, it has the following outstanding advantages: 1 has a long-term experience in thermal power plants; 2 high desulfurization power and absorption utilization; 3 good availability. At present, the wet method in the existing desulfurization installations in the world accounts for about 85%, showing that the utilization rate is extremely high. In the wet desulfurization process, the selection of FRP desulfurization tower and the planning of its functional parameters are very important. It is related to the desulfurization power and the service life of the tower. The pH of the FRP desulfurization tower (pH) and gas-liquid ratio (L/G) ), flow field characteristics, scaling and other functions for analysis and discussion, for the selection and planning supply of FRP desulfurization tower.
The principle of wet desulfurization. The whole process of the wet desulfurization process includes processes such as cooling, absorption, reheating, gypsum recovery, and data preparation. The sulfur dioxide gas in the flue gas is in gas-liquid contact with the calcium carbonate absorbing liquid in the FRP desulfurization tower. FRP desulfurization tower has the following characteristics: 1 is attributed to equipment with low temperature, low pressure and large time constant; 2 PH value and concentration of absorption liquid affect desulfurization power; 3 is equipment for dealing with highly corrosive fluid, so it is easy to cause scaling inside the tower , blockage and corrosion. Therefore, in the selection of FRP desulfurization tower should be considered comprehensively, not only have a higher desulfurization power, the excess rate of limestone can not be too high, otherwise the scale will be severe, affecting the life of the tower. Attention should be paid to the planning: 1 select the simple tower structure with difficult to adhere to the liquid and less liquid retention; 2 adjust the pH value of the absorption response and the vapor-liquid ratio of the absorption liquid after the test and debugging, and reduce the excess limestone together with the desulfurization rate. Rate; 3 After numerical simulation, the flow field of FRP desulfurization tower is analyzed, and the flow rate of the flue gas is selected quickly, and the reasonable distribution of the absorption liquid is performed, so that the absorption liquid can be evenly distributed to avoid the occurrence of bias current, and then the desulfurization power is traveled to reduce the scale of seizure.
